Please remember that on Feb. 4th, we’re meeting at the Langsam Library in Room 475. Please come prepared with your assignment #2 ideas! http://www.insidehighered.com/news/2010/01/26/plagiarize Good news: the A&S Writing Center is open for business daily– from 10 to 7 Monday through Thursday, to 5 Friday –through the end of winter quarter exam week. Please remind your students that we welcome them to bring us any sort of writing concern. As always, sessions will run approximately 50 minutes and we prefer students to phone ahead to make an appointment: 556-3912. We can answer questions and even deal with some projects through our website: http://www.artsci.uc.edu/writingcenter. We can now report on visits by email! Though we are not an editing or proofreading service, we do offer help to improve those skills. We suggest that students bring drafts with them, if possible, along with assignments and prompts. Booking earlier in the quarter will assure students the times they want. If you have questions, please contact us—and if you need a classroom testimonial for our service, let us know. Thanks for your support!
